Aimee Barrett-Theron: Calling the shots

It’s one of the most physically demanding sports on the planet and, for decades, has been dominated by men. But as rugby’s popularity spreads, it’s taking root among a new player base. In fact, women’s rugby is now growing faster than the men’s game. But it’s not just among the players that the face of the sport is changing: more and more women are becoming referees.
